Freedom-UK 90 day collection Policy:
Items accepted for repair by Freedom-UK will be issued with a customer reference number.
Customers must use there reference number when contacting Freedom-UK.
Any hardware not collected within 90 days of repair completion will be sold to recover engineer time and storage costs.
Freedom-UK cannot be held responsible for loss of data, loss of earnings, carriage charges or any other loss incurred during repair.
Freedom-UK advised customers to backup there data on a regular basis.
Freedom-UK Shop Returns Policy:
If you are returning purchases to the Freedom-UK shop please ensure you have you receipt, and that the item/s are in there original packaging or adequately packaged to prevent damage.
Any items which are faulty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Freedom-UK.
Should a replacement item be unavailable Freedom-UK will offer an alternative product of the same or better specification. If this is not possible a refund will be offered.
Any items received under warranty which are found NOT to be faulty will be subject to a charge to cover our engineer’s time.
Please note that any warranty offered is a hardware warranty only.
