We are a dedicated computer supply and repair business based in Bedfordshire providing sales and support for both Home and Business users. 

Our retail outlet opened on Shortmead Street in Biggleswade in 2006, where we have built an ever increasing customer base in both the home and commercial sectors.

Our premises provide an extensive range of computing supplies, from PC's and Laptops to Ink and Paper.  We also have a dedicated service area where our trained engineers can diagnose and fix your PC.  If you can't bring your computer to us, or the problem you are experiencing is not mobile, such as problems with your home network or internet connection our engineers can visit your home or business.  Engineer visits can be arranged at your convenience and our rates are very reasonable.

As part of our customer focused position in the marketplace we also aim to offer the quality advice that everyone needs, without the pressure that some high-street chains can apply.

For customers that can't make it to our shop or those not in the Bedfordshire area, we offer on-line support at www.gotapal.com where we can dial into your PC to fix problems, whilst talking to you on the phone to explain what is happening.  Whilst our engineer is working on your PC you will be able to see on the screen exactly what they are doing.
